The Elite Performer Contest is Performance Fitness’s own 90 day transformation challenge.
Every August, members, clients, and the public are invited to participate in the Elite Performer Contest. Their initial numbers, and baseline readings are established in the following categories:
- Body Fat %
- Lean Body Mass
- Pushups in 60 seconds
- Squats in 120 seconds
- Plank
- Sit and Reach
- 15-minute Run
90 days later, in November, all potential Elite Performers check in again. The final numbers are run, and an Elite Performer is crowned based on the overall most percentage improvement in each of the categories, and initial fitness levels.
